Notices
In RegsML, notices express changes from one version of a regulation to the next.
notice
Notices include the same sorts of content as regulations do, except that the content is just the things that have been modified from the last notice, wrapped in a changeset element.
All the notice metadata is contained within the preamble, which is identical to the regulation preamble.
Notices contain three elements:
fdsys
, which contains information pertinent to the federal register.preamble
, which contains some descriptive information about the reg.changeset
, which contains zero or more changes this notice makes to the previous version of a regulation.
notice
is intended to be the root element of a document.
