HMDA Viz Prototype

On-Line Reports

The HMDA reports provide information regarding home mortgage lending activity, and the PMIC reports provide mortgage insurance activity data from private mortgage insurance companies. The reports can be used along with the census demographic information for data analysis purposes. All these online reports are for viewing only and cannot be downloaded into other computer applications.

Aggregate Reports

This website was developed to provide online access to aggregated mortgage and home improvement lending information (HMDA) within an MSA/MD from data reported annually by individual institutions. The report format is the same for PMIC except that the data reflects the disposition of mortgage insurance applications and is submitted by private mortgage insurance companies.

Disclosure Reports

This website was developed to provide online access to individual institutions' mortgage and home improvement lending information from HMDA data reported annually. For PMIC, the data content pertains to the disposition of mortgage insurance applications reported annually by private mortgage insurance companies.

National Aggregate Reports

This website was developed to provide online access to a nationwide summation of aggregated mortgage and home improvement lending information within an MSA/MD from data reported annually by institutions. For PMIC, the data content consists of a nationwide summation of aggregated mortgage insurance applications reported annually by private mortgage insurance companies.
